Fresh Orange Jews

On Thursday, March 25, NextGen hosted an exclusive virtual tasting experience with Fermensch Kombucha, an organic, small-batch booch brewery in Orange County. Over 20 young adults in their 20s and 30s spent the evening connecting over a flight of artisan kombucha and learning about the magic of fermentation process. Chad Huniu, local Jewish professional, entrepreneur and Fermensch Kombucha co-founder, discussed his journey growing up Jewish in Orange County and navigating a growing business during a pandemic. By the end of the evening Chad was dubbed the #BoochBoss for his passion and unique ability to create flavor profiles. It’s safe to say we now have a kombucha fan group and live by the Fermensch Kombucha mission of: Be A Mensch!
