Huckabee Is Absolutely Right
When Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee recently stated that the proposed nuclear deal with Iran is tantamount to marching the Israelis “to the door of the oven” (in obvious reference to the Holocaust), Jew-haters and Obama-lovers the world over had a virtual cow! But Huckabee’s comment, although blunt and prophetic, was nevertheless right on the mark.
What this shameful treaty with Iran, does is to assure that Iran will develop nuclear weapons. It further provides Iran, the leading sponsor of terrorism throughout the world, $150 BILLION in U.S. aid! And it lifts sanctions on Iran, and allows this terrorist nation to continue its nuclear program unabated! And what does the free world get in return? A promise from Iran, which has violated numerous treaties to date, that it will not use its nuclear facilities to develop nuclear weapons, eventually to be used against Israel….
Obama’s anti-Israel hatred is not a recent phenomenon, although he wisely kept most of his views hidden from the American people until after the 2012 election. Let us look at a chronology of Obama’s most virulent anti-Israel positions
May 2009—Obama tells Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that Israeli settlements “have to be stopped”
June 2009—Obama tells the world that Palestinians “have been victimized by the Jews”.
July 2009—Obama threatens to “put daylight between the United States and Israel”. He then lectures the Jews about the need for Israeli “self-reflection”. And Obama tells CNN that the United States would “absolutely not” give Israel permission to strike Iran’s nuclear facilities.
September 2009—Obama tells the United Nations that “America does not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlements”.
March 2010—Obama sends vice President Joe Biden to Israel where Biden criticizes Israel for building bathrooms in Jerusalem. When Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu visits the White House shortly thereafter, Obama makes him leave through a side door.
May 2011—Â Obama demanded that Israel make concessions to the Palestinians based upon pre-1967 borders.
December 2011—Secretary of State Hillary Clinton accuses Israel of moving “in the opposite direction” of democracy.
May 2013—Members of the Obama Pentagon leak information that Israel attacked the Damascus airport to stop a shipment of weapons to terrorist groups. The leak endangered American lives.
June 2013—The Obama administration leaks specific (and classified) information regarding certain Israeli anti-ballistic missile sites.
June 2014—Three Jewish teenagers, including one American, are kidnapped and murdered by Hamas. Obama immediately calls on Israel to exercise restraint. Throughout the ensuing Gaza War, in which Hamas fired rockets at Jewish civilians and tunnels were uncovered demonstrating Hamas’ intent to attack Israeli citizens, Obama sided with Hamas and criticized Israel.
August 2014—In the midst of the Gaza War, Obama personally stepped in and blocked the shipment of weapons to Israel.
January 2015—Obama deploys his campaign “team” to Israel in an attempt to defeat Netanyahu in the coming Israeli election. When House Speaker John Boehner invites Netanyahu to address Congress, Obama refuse to meet with Netanyahu.
March 2015—When Netanyahu is overwhelming re-elected by the people of Israel, Obama refuses to congratulate him.
This is but a brief (and by no means complete) chronology of Obama’s hatred of Israel and the Jewish people. Is it any wonder that Obama and Kerry want this deal with Iran? They (and their Muslim allies) clearly want to destroy Israel and bring about another Holocaust! Governor Huckabee is absolutely right!
